Renovated 2 bedroom house located next to Meadia Heights Golf Course. This home offers hardwood floors, 2 full baths, private patio and a decorative stone fireplace. House is conveniently located within minutes of historical Lancaster city where you can discover quaint shops, interesting restaurants and an eclectic farmers market. Both bedrooms and both baths are located on the first floor. The Cottage accepts dogs with prior approval. Cats are only accepted for long stays with prior approval.

It was originally a grist mill that used water from the west branch of the Little Conestoga Creek to power a wheel used to grind flour. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The entire home has been newly renovated with thoughtful touches and an eclectic feel. Conveniences include a wood stove, sleep number mattress, Viking gas stovetop/oven, deck facing river with propane grill, a covered carport entry, and a 180* river view at the top of the property! All are welcome in our cozy 1 Bedroom plus loft Cabin #3 along the Conewago Creek. Peaceful and relaxing, & the creek is just a step away and is great for splashing around in the summer to cool off. No smoking. Fully equipped kitchen & Washer and Dryer. Carport parking space. Pets are welcome. All pets must be disclosed prior to check in. We charge a $20 pet fee. Two pets maximum please.
