Il clou è la terrazza di 40 m2, che si affaccia ad est, sud e ovest. L'appartamento ha accesso privato tramite l'ascensore che conduce dal parcheggio direttamente nell'appartamento. Sono inclusi due posti auto. Uno nel garage sotterraneo e uno di fronte all'area d'ingresso della casa (coperto).
