Enjoy the beautiful open space (with living room, kitchen and room in mezzanine), or relax in the privacy of the second bedroom, or feel the sunshine in the cozy yard that separates both sleeping spaces, something that only happens in centennial houses. A magical cottage with a private patio in the heart of the walled old town – seconds away from all the fun, food and shopping and only 10 minutes to the nearest beach, but tucked away on a quiet cobbled street. I bought the cottage as a ruin in 2016 and have lovingly refurbished it using local craftsmen and materials. I hope you enjoy the transformation as much as I do!
