On the mezzanine floor there are two large living rooms, a study and a bathroom. On the first floor you will find a large kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room and a single bedroom with its own bathroom. The top floor is the sleeping area, a master bedroom suite with walk-in closet and private bathroom, two double bedrooms each with a private bathroom, a sitting area with a sofa that converts to a single bed and another walk-in closet. Guests will have access to the garden of the villa through a private driveway. You can park more cars in the part pertaining to the residence. We will take care to welcome you and show you the house on your arrival. Whatever your requirements or if you need informations we will be easily available to you. The villa is ideally located in Crocetta, a prestigious residential neighborhood. It accommodates any type of services and shops. The famous Crocetta market has long been a fixed destination for Turin residents because of the quality of goods sold. Surrounded by mountains, with views of Rocciamelone (3,585m), the house is intimate, private and quiet - sat by the medieval fountain and 17th century church (the bells of which no longer ring!). The village is 25 mins from skiing in Bardonecchia and 35 mins from Sestriere. Turin is 40 mins by train and car.

Wir sind in den Wald gekommen, um ein einfaches, aber erfülltes Leben zu beginnen und von der Natur zu lernen. Wir bieten euch eine von Riccardo sorgfältig renovierte Mansarde mit Doppelbett und Schlafsofa (beide unter Dachfenstern), einer Küchenzeile, einem Bad und weitem Blick über das Tal.
