Casa Amena, suspended between the sky and the sea, located on the hill of “Neso” (Oneso) which overlooks the town of Lacco Ameno, worldwide famous for its thermal waters. It is near the ancient Villa Zavota which now is known as Villa Parodi Delfino. Giuseppe Garibaldi, stayed there in 1884 to recover with the aid of the thermal waters from the wounds suffered during the battle of Aspromonte. Our House offers small apartments, completely furnished suitable for families. - living room equipped with a with kitchen corner . - master bedroom - spacious bathroom with shower -lush mediterranean garden: lawn/ solarium/barbecue, vegetable garden, fruit trees, citrus trees and vineyard over 2000 m2 The furnishings are functional, modern and well looked after -the kitchen is fully equipped in order to fix your own breakfast or other meals -parking available for motorbikes and cars -Our Apartment is located in a very quiet spot however it is only 5 min on foot from the town of Lacco Ameno, with its thermal spas, shops, beaches, the marina and museums. Two rooms overlooking the sea

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

If you need to be absorbed in the green, if you need silent, if you need rest from city noises, we are the right choise. We also have a gazebo in the garden where you can enjoy your meals . The center of Lacco Ameno is just 10-min walk away. Bus stop is only 100m from us and you can get every places in the island by bus. There is also a Carrefour 50m from us.

Ristrutturato a nuovo nel 2021 con ceramiche tipiche ischitane, può ospitare fino a 3 adulti ed è composto da - una stanza da letto con un letto matrimoniale, - un soggiorno con divano-letto e cucina con piano a induzione, - un bagno, - un delizioso terrazzino vista mare dotato di tavolino e sedie per godere della vista a qualsiasi ora. Basta scendere le scale di casa per avere tutto a disposizione; spiagge, fermata bus, taxi, parcheggio, supermarket, bar, ristoranti, shopping, e a meno di 1km la splendida baia di S. Montano e il Museo di Pithecusae.

Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, ersetzt den Frühstücksservice und ermöglicht die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten; das Bad ist mit Dusche und Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Die Boden-und Kuechenfliesen wurden vom Eigentümer mit viel Liebe selbstgemalt.
