All the rooms have separate access to a small terrace with a fantastic view on Ischia, Procida, and Pozzuoli with Nisida. A hallway allows separate access from the rooms to the bathroom. Being a guest house, we do not serve breakfast. However, please read below what guests will find in the house included in the price. The washing machine is on the ground level- also free use.

Profumo di mare è un attico bilocale di nuova costruzione, in villa, con un ampio terrazzo panoramico. È situato nella baia di Cartaromana, con vista sul golfo di Napoli (Vesuvio, penisola Sorrentino, isole di Capri, Procida e Vivara). L'attico è costituito da una camera da letto, un soggiorno con divano letto e angolo cottura, ed un bagno, per un totale di 40 mq. L'ampio terrazzo (50 mq), coperto per metà da una tettoia, è attrezzato con ogni comfort.

Posizionato all'ultimo piano di una villa storica con ascensore. L’attico si compone di un grande spazio living con cucina a vista, due camere matrimoniali, due bagni ed un terrazzo privato. Inoltre, gli ospiti potranno usufruire gratuitamente di un posto auto privato all'interno del cortile ma non custodito.

"CASA DI NESTORE", ein Studio von 27 m² im Erdgeschoss, 2015 komplett renoviert, ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Die neuen, stilvollen modernen Möbel sind funktional und komfortabel. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, ersetzt den Frühstücksservice und ermöglicht die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten; das Bad ist mit Dusche und Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Die Boden-und Kuechenfliesen wurden vom Eigentümer mit viel Liebe selbstgemalt.

The apartment has a spacious terrace overlooking the sea, the gulf of Naples, Vesuvius, Sorrento, Ischia, and Procida. The beach is a few minutes away and nearby transportation makes it easy for you to travel around the island.
