The private, treed property backs on to a creek which is home to many beavers that are active evenings and love to come out for a photo opportunity.

If you're interested there is also an outdoor camping/rv area that includes power and is a short 50m from the main house. It can hold multiple units.

This is a quiet neighborhood 2 km from highway 881 between Edmonton and Fort McMurray. The town of Lac La Biche with all amenities is 5 minutes away.

Roughly 2 hours north of Edmonton, we’re located on 20+ acres of beautiful forested land with 300m of shoreline. Lake is great for swimming, boating, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and much more! We are 2 minutes from a full-service store and boat launch. Each cabin has its own private fire pit and picnic table.
