Vicino ai centri abitati di Valtournenche e Cervinia (3 Km circa) ma comunque isolato dal caos è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi, osservare panorami incantevoli, ascoltare il silenzio della montagna, fare sport e fantastiche passeggiate partendo proprio dalla casa!

Dieser Ort ist der Ausgangspunkt für wunderschöne Wanderungen auf den "Hausberg Arpille", zu Fuss, VTT, mit Schneeschuhen oder Skirando im Winter. Die Skipisten und Thermalbäder sind in ca 30 Minuten mit Auto erreichbar.

In the winter season the ski resort is just 80 meters away from the flat and in summer there are the city center, the golf club and all the trails that you can imagine just behind the residence.
