This uniquely built barn situated in the Gold Coast hinterland is within walking distance to national parks. Made from recycled wharf timber, the barn is set on an 18 acre farm beset by green lawns. A king bed with ensuite, separate shower & bath make up the loft bedroom. Downstairs features a second bathroom / laundry, fire place, lounge, study & self inflating bed (inflatable bed linen not included), dining & fully equipped kitchen before walking onto a large deck overlooking the rainforest.

Welcome to Green Door a homely self contained space that is connected to the main house .. it overlooks gardens, pool and park. Walk to Chirn Park shops, restaurants, etc Close to the Surfers Paradise and sporting venues , in walking distance to bus and five minutes drive to tram and train. Judy welcomes you to the garden flat .. you will have private access and enjoy the privacy of your own space . The pool is available for guests to use if they wish. We have two chooks and three goldfish.

It is clean, tidy, comfortably furnished and ready for your visit. It has indoor and outdoor living areas and under cover, off street parking. It is located in a lovely, quiet and leafy neighbourhood with easy access to the M1, public transport and many amenities within walking distance - including Chirn Park cafes and Gold Coast Aquatic Centre.

GC Hospital is a 6 min drive or one tram stop away. Parkwood East tram station is a 10 min peaceful walk. Light rail (tram) takes you as far as Broadbeach or connects to the main rail link travelling from Robina to Brisbane. The studio is attached to the end of main house yet very private.
