Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Hauses mit direktem Zugang zum Garten. Die Gastgeber wohnen im Haus im Obergeschoss, nutzen jedoch keine der Garteneinrichtungen und alle Einrichtungen wie der saisonale Pool, Grill, Tischfußball, Darts, die Sonnenterrasse und der Ruhebereich stehen ausschließlich den Gästen zur Verfügung.
