Das alte Blockhaus ist umgeben von einem großen Garten mit Obstbäumen und einem Kinderspielplatz. Drei gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnungen -gloria 51 m², grete 39 m² und aurelia 25 m²- sind eingerichtet für je zwei Erwachsene, Extrabetten für Kinder möglich je nach Wohnungsgröße. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es eine Sauna.
