Je loue mon appartement, car je suis souvent en déplacement ! C'est un petit cocon paisible, que j'ai choisi pour son calme (pas de voisins au dessus, donne sur une belle cour calme). 29m2 au sol, tout est bien agencé et agréable ! Super ventilateur si il fait chaud! La cuisine vient d'être refaite à neuf. Salle de bain avec baignoire. Espace chambre en mezzanine avec une literie de qualité, wifi rapide. Platine vinyle + vinyles. Vélux. Localisation idéale, près du canal et des Buttes Chaumont !
