Only 11 miles to Broadway, and 10-15 minutes to the Opry and East Nashville! Get away from the city buzz in our quiet neighborhood without compromising proximity to downtown. This basement studio features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub, KING bed, and a patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

Security cameras are on front and back of the house. No swimming pool.

Our private suite is located in a quiet, established neighborhood, yet we are five minutes from I-24 and less than ten minutes from excellent shopping and dining at The Avenue and the surrounding area. Free off-street parking for one or two vehicles is just a step away from your door. When you stay in our bnb, you'll have a separate entrance, so feel free to live as privately as you would like, but we're available if you need anything. We find that meeting new people always enriches us!

Located on five acres and bordered by Stewarts Creek and the Sam Davis Home , guests have their own 590 sq foot suite with private entry door and access to the fenced/gated property. Only 30 minutes to BNA International Airport, Murfreesboro or downtown Nashville! Extra guest charges are for adults only. Up to two children (0-15 years) may accompany parents for no extra charge.

This Neighborhood is a mix of gentrification, industrial and modest housing. Close to Downtown (1.8 miles) to honky tonks, Marathon Village, Titan's Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, Vanderbilt and Hospitals -Uber $10 to downtown.

Pet-friendly two-story duplex close to BNA (3 miles). This spot is cozy and provides plenty of space for up to five people. Downstairs includes cable tv, futon, dining table, full kitchen, coffee maker, dishwasher, washer & dryer, patio with bbq/fire pit. Upstairs consists of two bedrooms (one queen and one full-sized bed) and a full bathroom. Grocery store and bus route within 0.5 miles. Wifi included.
