Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

Le chalet est situé à 1200m (alt.) sur la montagne les Pléiades en pleine nature (véhicule nécessaire). Le lieu est idéal pour combiner randonnées, et découvrir la région du Lac Léman. Nous parlons français, allemand, anglais (petit-déjeuner inclus ). The chalet is located at 1200m (alt.) On the Pléiades mountain in the middle of nature (vehicle necessary). The place is ideal for combining hikes and discovering the Lake Geneva region. We speak French, German, English (breakfast included ).

Euer Loft in Vevey befindet sich in der Fussgängerzone direkt am Quai. Ein grosses bequemes Bett (200x210cm) kann auf Wunsch getrennt werden. Kinderbett(en), falls erforderlich. Gut ausgestattete Bibliothek für Regentage. Das Highlight ist die Terrasse mit einem herrlichen Ausblick. Der Tisch vor dem Loft ist für Euch reserviert. Die Dusche/WC ist klein, aber funktionell. Küche mit großem Gasherd, Backofen, Geschirrspüler und coolem Geschirr. Natürliche Materialien und schöne Möbel.

Superbe appartement avec entrée privée dans une villa sur les hauteurs de Blonay, Vaud, avec une vue imprenable sur le lac Léman, le massif du Chablais et les vignobles du Lavaux. A 50 mètres de l’arrêt du train Vevey-les Pléiades en pleine forêt, qui donne accès aux multitudes de randonnées et VTT. L’appartement est entièrement équipé avec cuisine haut de gamme inclus lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, sèche-linge, wifi et télévision. Une terrasse entièrement privée. Parking 2 voitures.

Les libellules

La maison se trouve au-dessus du bourg de Villeneuve, dans un quartier très calme, situé à 20 minutes à pieds de la gare. Une voiture est fortement recommandée, nous disposons d'une place de parc. A Villeneuve, les quais, la plage et la réserve naturelle vous permettent de profiter du lac et d'admirer les montagnes. En direction de Montreux le fameux Château de Chillon mérite la visite. Piscine à Villeneuve. Le Montreux Jazz festival a lieu chaque année au début juillet.

Dans un petit immeuble contemporain, perché sur les hauteurs de Montreux (quartier de Territet), une dizaine de minutes à pied des transports (bus, gare et embarcadère) , appartement de 80 M2, 2 pieces et demi ( chambre, grand séjour et cuisine integrée), orientation sud-ouest face au lac du Léman. Accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite ( ascenseur) avec un parking privatif à disposition. L’appartement ainsi que la terrasse sont non fumeur.

Magnificent private studio in a quiet annex of a contemporary villa. You will enjoy access to the rooftop with a 360 view of the lake and the mountains. The studio is located 5 minutes by car from Vevey / Montreux and 10 from the Lavaux (Unesco) vineyards. A bus connects the Tour de Peilz in a few minutes with a link to Vevey Lausanne, Geneva. For cleaning reasons, checkin and checkout times are not flexible. We don't accept pets or children.
