Die neue, offene Küche mit Spülmaschine ist voll ausgestattet. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer kann nach Rücksprache als zusätzliches Doppelbett (Schlafcouch) genutzt werden. Die Wohnung hat einen Tiefgaragenplatz (wichtig bei Schnee). Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt - nur wenige Schritte von der Dorfmitte entfernt.
