Dista 6 km da La Spezia, quindi in posizione ottimale per treni e battelli per le Cinque Terre. In poco piu' di 20/25 minuti di auto si raggiungono le spiaggie di Lerici , Portovenere, Levanto e Monterosso. In posizione Ideale anche per visitare Pisa , Lucca , Camogli , Portofino .Parcheggio privato e gratuito a 5 metri dall' alloggio .

La casa si trova in un punto strategico per raggiungere il golfo di La Spezia con le sue perle Lerici e Portovenere e le vicine Cinque Terre. Si sviluppa su un unico livello con un grande spazio esterno dedicato ai nostri ospiti attrezzato con forno e barbecue per piacevoli pranzi e cene all'aperto. Il suo interno è composto da un'ampia sala con camino, divano letto e ampia vetrata, una camera matrimoniale, un ampio bagno con doccia , ripostiglio e una piccola ma attrezzatissima cucina.

Es ist eine märchenhaft isolierte versteckte Ecke zum Entspannen. +++ Der Ort ist nur zu Fuß erreichbar (20-30 Minuten) und es gibt keine WLAN-Verbindung+++ .
