Il est composé d'une cuisine équipée, d'un lit deux places, d'une salle d'eau et d'un wc séparé. Le linge de lit et de toilette est fourni. Le studio se trouve à côté de notre habitation. Situé à moins de 10 min de Cholet, 2 min de la voie rapide N249, 5 min de Marques Avenue. Proche du Puy du fou et du parc Oriental de Maulévrier.
