Night rate is for 2 guets. Free parking is 2 blocks away from the house. Unit not set up for children under 10 years old. Beach chairs, umbrella and towels available. The unit sits in the same lot as the shark shack and surf hut, is located near a restaurant and dive shop and has potential for some generator noise.

Joyita del Sur (Jewel of the South) is a private casita just steps away from a gorgeous beach on the Sea of Cortez. Watch both the sunset and sunrise from the beach! Q bed with foam mattress and soft linens. A/C and ceiling fans in both bedroom and kitchen. Ample closet space with shelves/hangers. Peaceful, Private Garden Casita

This little gem has it's own patio and private garden. It is a two minute walk to the beach - a wide, beautiful, & virtually deserted - lovely for swimming. Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.

It features 2 bedrooms with king size beds and 2 bathrooms. We have a full kitchen and TV's in every room. It's about a 2 min drive to the beach or 15min walk. There’s a pool/hot tub and a fire pit for the complex. The area of east cape Baja is known for crystal blue waters and Cabo Pulmo National Park is just 30 min by car.

Tranquil, Relaxing Beachfront, Exceptional Views!

Enjoy the largest deck in the complex, accompanied by 2 kayaks for your use, one double, one single. It's very private, as it is situated to the far corner of the property. Even though it is close to the main road, the unit sits right above the beach, eliminating any traffic noise. We've been told by others who have stayed there before, "It's the best unit in the complex." Pool Level, exceptionally private, located on the corner of the complex with its own entrance.
