Very sunny, it is located on the 1st floor and offers a fantastic view over the Baie des Anges. The accommodation suits to families, couples, business travelers and to big groups. The businesses are at the bottom of the building, bakery, tobacco, supermarket, post-office and self-service bike station.

Unser Apartment ist im April 2017 komplett renoviert und neu eingerichtet worden. 2023 wurde wieder eine kleine Renovierung vorgenomen. Es liegt auf der „Prom.d. Anglais“ und der Strand ist 20 Meter entfernt. In 15 Min ist man zu Fuß in der Stadt, vom Flughafen mit dem Bus nur 10 Minuten. Es hat zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, ein stylisches Wohnzimmer mit einer offenen Küche und einen Garten. Vom Wozi hat man einen tollen Blick auf das Meer.
