Welcome to Terlingua's newest and most luxurious property, Stardust Big Bend. A-Frame #1 accommodates 4 people. The location is central, 5 minutes from the national park and Ghosttown, on the main highway. Each cabin has a full kitchen with all cooking essentials. A wrap-around deck on three sides with patio furniture, a covered pergola, & a fire pit. We have a clubhouse with a pool table, air hockey, foosball, arcades, darts & more. We have 12 rentals in total for large groups to stay together.

This charming upstairs studio apartment has a private entrance and is close to the University of Arizona, downtown, and University Medical Center. Features that guests love include a comfy king bed, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. There is a delightful ramada area for relaxing outdoors. We are happy to share the pool with our guests in season (April - October). Covid vaccination required.

Sunset Ranch, acre lot facing open high desert

Sunset Ranch is an acre lot at the far southeast corner of Marathon, TX that backs up to the ranch land facing south that provides unobstructed views of sunrises and sunsets from the 700 sf covered porch. Marathon is a quaint west Texas town with a public park, gardens, restaurants and shopping. It also has a level 1 night sky rating for star gazing. Located 40 minutes from Big Bend National Park entrance, this is a launch point to explore the national park and other parks and communities.

Studio Cabin: Glamping with Mountain Views

3:10 to Dragoon studio cabin is only 1 hr east of Tucson and 3 miles off the I-10 in the tiny town of Dragoon. Our property borders trust land w/unobstructed mountain views. We are near the Willcox Wine Trail, Cochise Stronghold, and Chiricahua Nat'l Monument. The cozy cabin is equipped with an outdoor hot shower, cassette toilet, heat/ac, kitchenette and double bed. This is glamping at its finest in Cochise country! (At 4600' elevation, we are 10-15 degrees cooler than Tucson or Phoenix!)

High Desert Hideaway (Garage Space & Kitchenette)

This cozy 250 sq ft studio apartment, with dedicated one-car garage space, is located in a quiet neighborhood near the Huachuca mountains. The space is on the second story above the garage of a single-family home. Its charming size is perfect for individuals and couples. The shower and bathroom are small (may be uncomfortable for people over 6 feet). Works well for military, contractors, traveling nurses, and bird watchers. Includes everything needed for a short or long-term stay.

The Blue Lake Boutique is an experience all in itself. It’s the perfect mix of mid century meets southwest. Step back in time to our unique 1955 guesthouse where you will feel like you’re at a secluded mini resort, all while being just 1.5 miles to the U of A, 2.5 to Historic 4th Ave and 2.8 to downtown. La Rosa is an easy .6 mile walk. Tucson Airport is just 7 miles and Saguaro National Park East is 13 miles or Saguaro National Park West is 16 miles. Close to all Gem Show exhibits!

Yucca Casita in Historic Mesilla

Mesilla STR Permit #0830 We have created a sustainable design, including rainwater harvesting and water saving landscaping, solar energy, energy saving and efficient construction, electric vehicle charger (which is solar powered), composting, organic gardens, firepit, and labyrinth.This is the 3rd unit (Yucca Casita) that we've completed, the 1st being our home and 2nd our other vacation rental property - Ocotillo Casita.

A cozy and private guesthouse nestled in the oaks at the foot of the majestic Huachuca mountains. Stunning mountain views from the living room, kitchen, and wrap-around porch. Plenty of space, including a large kitchen with granite countertops and a spacious living room with a sofa bed. Though it feels remote and secluded, excellent restaurants are within a 5-minute drive!
