The house was built in the early 1920’s by a woman who did missionary work in Asia and was fascinated by the architecture. It is nestled at the foot of Country Club Drive in a quiet residential neighborhood and is very close to an excellent selection of bars and restaurants that are about a 10-20 minute walk away. This studio rental is a mile uphill from the beach. The unit has three rooms — the main section with queen size bed, dining table and seating; the bathroom (shower); and kitchenette (refrigerator, two burner electric stove, coffee maker, toaster oven, air fryer, microwave, and electric juicer). Enjoy a glass of wine or fresh orange juice in the garden. Large yard and several patios (shared space).

This room has it's own private entry through the patio doors. 0.4 mile walk to Fanuel Park which has great views of Mission Bay. 0.8 mile walk to the beach and pier! 0.3 mile walk to Garnet Ave which has many restaurants, bars, grocery stores and shops. We provide beach towels and body boards if you’d like to get in the water. :)
