It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

Loft privado en edificio con vigilancia 24/7 en el corazón de La Condesa. Preparado para 2 personas, con lugar de estacionamiento. Cuenta con cocina completa, utensilios, horno, microondas, etc. Igualmente, cuenta con WiFi y tele de paga, así como smart TV con Netflix y demás aplicaciones. La cama es tamaño matrimonial, muy cómoda para un descanso profundo. La terraza es un área muy agradable para estar, trabajar, hacer ejercicio o tomar una copa.

Our loft, Xoxotic (green in Nahuatl), is located only a few blocks away from Condesa and Roma Norte, two of the “it” neighborhoods in the City, where you can find lovely cafés and bakeries, art galleries, indie boutiques, and some of the best restaurants in Latin America. The loft is on the second floor and there is no elevator, so you have to use stairs to get there.

Best located studio on the top of a nice house in Condesa. Leafy terrace, high ceilings, large windows and loaded with everything you need! You get to the studio directly by an external stairs or through the house kitchen’s that works more as a common hallway and a staircase for your exclusive use (the blue ones showed in the pictures), that goes to the second floor. You never have to enter into the rest of the house.
