This allows us to disinfect everything and clean things under procedure that protects us and our guests. During your time, take in leafy views from a gray sectional sofa on a vintage-style rug. Make home cooked meals in the fully prepared kitchen and have peace from the chaos. Enjoy walks in the eclectic neighborhood and nearby park. Try local restaurants or simply, stay in and relax. This studio holds up to four people and comes with free parking for one vehicle. There is a queen size bed, and the sofa bed sleeps two people. This location is ideal for visiting Austin for events; ACL, SXSW, Formula 1, corporate apartment living. Or simply to come to Austin for exploring and enjoying our city. Guest can use the on-site pool, Reserved Parking, and washer & Dryer. The home is in the heart of East Austin, walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, markets, and nightlife. Visit Attabar and Lazarus Brewing. It’s a short walk, even shorter drive to downtown, and 2 blocks to the metro. Rent scooters and bikes right outside. Two blocks away is the metro, catch the train up north or next stop over to the convention center.

The Tree Haus

The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.

Taylor House - a SW Austin Retreat

Enjoy a quiet retreat in this spacious 3 bedroom home. Master suite has queen bed, sitting area, private bath with garden tub. 2nd bedroom has queen bed and adjacent bath. 3rd bedroom with twin and trundle beds shares a bath. Enjoy the deck and grill. Downtown and airport 20 minutes away. Owners Lee and Scherry live on site in a connected, private, self contained apartment. House can accomodate up to 7 guests. Basic price is for 4 guests. This is a luxury tiny home with a well appointed interior, upscale appliances and a wealth of windows to pull the outdoors inside. While the location will feel secluded, this property is just 5 minutes to Briarcliff boat ramp community on Lake Travis. We are just 25 miles from downtown Austin. Two dogs allowed no cats or other animals. Pet fee of $25 non refundable.

It is set well back from the house for privacy, and guests can reserve private time slots via an online calendar to ensure exclusive use. Pet friendly for well-behaved dogs and cats. About 15 minutes from ACL festival site.

The Bunkhouse @ Roses River Ranch

The bunkhouse is a rustic, elegant cabin outside Blanco toward San Marcos. It's a cozy, secluded ranch house with a double carport attached to a large deck that overlooks a pasture of longhorns, deer, exotic birds and wildlife. We have just put it back on Airbnb after closing it for a short while to update it! We look forward to having new guests and hope they enjoy the hill country ambience!
