Llandaff House Van Reenen is 4 bedroom California style house built in 1950's. Perched on the edge of the escarpment with a fabulous view. Laze for days in front of the massive fireplace, or venture out and explore. Start your holiday here on route to the coast or meet friends mid-way from JHB & Durban for a getaway or celebration, or a wedding at the little church just up the road. We also have 3 cottages, Woodlands and The Barn and The Old Barn. Please note - Winter 2026 - Pool will be empty.

Mooifontein Farm Cottage

Our Cottage is a beautiful rustic cottage on the very popular Midlands Meander Route. It is on a farm with lots of lovely open spaces and beautiful surrounding views. The cottage has a lovely warm outside shower and also a panoramic view . It is very comfortable and perfect for children and also is pet friendly for those who don't like to leave there pets at home. Our Cottage has a 1 km dirt road off the main R103,at times it can be quiet tough with a small car. Please check if you are worried

This beautiful home is situated on a ridge with breathtaking 360* views of the Drakensberg Mountains and rolling hills of the midlands; a short distance from the N3, but set back from the road so it is peaceful and quiet. We are just 2km from some of the best MTB and running trails in the country, and perfectly located for the abundance of great restaurants, coffee shops and activities in the area for both adults and children. An ideal spot to retreat with family and friends, or get active.

Garden Cottage on Cherry Lane with beach access

Our quaint sea-side cottage is located on Pennington’s favoured beachside Cherry Lane. Halter Cottage is positioned in a stunning expansive, mainly indigenous garden. The beach is accessed directly from the top of the garden. It is from the top of the dune that you can enjoy the sunrise, sundowners or whale watching in season Pennington is 80 kms from Durban & 600kms from Johannesburg. This friendly coastal village is warm year round & home to Umdoni Forest boasting good birds fauna & flora

Anne’s Cabin -A tranquil getaway

Anne's Cabin offers comfortable accommodation in a charming self-catering cottage on a peaceful farm in Underberg. It is ideal for couples or small families looking for a break away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cottage sleeps 4 guests and has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The bedroom has a queen size bed and there is a double sofa bed for 2 more guests. The bathroom has a shower. The living area offers comfortable seating and the kitchenette is equipped with a fridge-freezer.

Waterfall River Lodge

This is a unique, comfortable, fully kitted, self-catering house sleeping 8/10 people. Hidden in a quiet corner of our working farm it overlooks a pristine section of the Wilge River, with the famous waterfall and Nelson's Kop mountain providing spectacular scenery. Guests will be able to enjoy absolute peace, uninterrupted views and walks in almost every direction. Please note that the property is remote and the last 200m of the access road will require a high clearance vehicle.

Converted Stone Barn

The rustic charm of a converted stone barn set in the majestic Drakensberg mountains. Soak up the wonders of nature on the patio with uninterrupted berg views as cattle, horses graze nearby, enjoy a stroll down to the Mkimkhulu river for a spot of fly fishing. For the more active a hike along one of the many trails on the farm there are plenty of birdlife to enjoy, or bring your bike for fantastic MTB trails. A really lovely one bedroom place to stay which has all you need for a holiday or if you are on business. The wifi and TV are there for your convenience with a dedicated work space. Westville is a very treed area and green all year round. At Horizon Hideout you are so close to nature and yet only 5 minutes to the shops, an 8 min drive to the Pavilion Shopping Centre and a 20 minute drive to the Durban beachfront.
