Villa Erato is the largest of a complex of villas called Drios-muses. It is a three-level villa of a total area of 210 s.m, consisting of Basement, Ground Floor and First Floor with 3 master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and 2 single rooms and a sofa bed which accommodates up to 2 more guests. The villa offers as well a private swimming pool, an external stone built BBQ and traditional oven for hosting great parties! The villa offers a modern environment for fun-filled summer holidays.

In the most cosmopolitan part of the island, you will find a stairway that leads to the stars! At Ad Astra you will find quiet luxury harmonized perfectly with the traditional philosophy of the place. An elevated, spacious, fully equiped house of more than 100m2, including 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a balcony and an amazing rooftop view, accessible to our guests, when they can admire the entire bay of Naoussa, Panagia church and the rest village.

"Diamond"Big house with jacuzzi,sea & sunset view

The largest apartment (Diamond), with wonderful panoramic views in 2 balconies, one of them with jacuzzi for 4 people up to 32 degrees. 100 sqm, consists of a kitchen fully equipped for small meals and a hallway, which leads to the bedroom with King Size bed. Opposite the kitchen there is a carved, handmade, internal staircase that leads to the wooden attic. In its attic you will find 1 single bed and a king size bed. Of course, there are 2 separate bathrooms with showers.

Cycladic Grandma's apartment 1

This apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with a 10 minute walking distance from the port and the old town of Parikia. This apartment is perfectly suited for 2-3 people with a fully equipped kitchen. It has a front yard with a nice sitting area surrounded with flowers, a perfect area to relax and have your morning coffee. There is also a path leading you to the sea for a quick dive and a perfect sunset view. Up the road there is a bus stop for easy transportation.

Aperado Paros House #3 +Swimmingpool+Tennis court

The house belongs to the Aperado Paros complex. The property is located at Krotiri a few minutes drive from the Port of Parikia from which you can explore the fantastic island of Paros. A car or scooter/quad is absolutely necessary! The property also includes tennis court, private chapel and secluded BBQ area. These facilities are shared with the other properties of the complex. The property is not suitable for infants and children below the age of 12.

The port is just 4 to 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment, so are the parking lots, the bus station, numerous stores, coffee shops, bars, bakeries and supermarkets for your groceries shopping. Last but not least, you can even visit three different beaches just by walking a few minutes.
