The situation of the home is idyllic, and is perfect for a complete relaxing holiday, or just to unwind at the end of a long day enjoying many of the great attractions of Istria. Villa is within 30 minutes drive of the most popular tourist attractions(Poreč, Pula, Rovinj, Motovun). Nearest airiport is in Pula, about 40 km away. Villa features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 toilets, and is equipped for comfortable stay for 6 guests.

Inside the estate where Villa Latini is located, the Stanić family runs a family farm, taking care of the domestic animals.
