The apartment is located in Rotermann Quarter, which combines old industrial buildings and modern architecture, is located in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town, the harbor and Viru Center. From the balcony and roof terrace, there is a view to Rotermann Square, Old Town, and sea. There are several shops, restaurants in the quarter. The medieval Old Town is just around the corner. Spacious city-center apartment with sauna

Our apartment is in a 18 minutes walking from old town and basically across the street from one of the biggest shopping malls. The sauna is often mentioned by our guests as one of the greatest benefit after some rainy or cold day, especially in autumn or winter time. The apartment is recently renovated luminous and spacious penthouse with fully equipped kitchen and sauna. Our place is good for couples and also families with kids. There is a double bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in living room.

Closely located bus and train stops are the best starting point to continue travelling in Tallinn, throughout Estonia or further in Europe. 3 cosy rooms can be used for chilling and cooking with your friends or family, have a rest during your travels or just for romantic getaway.
