The house is 98 sqm and stylishly furnished with a living/dining room from which there is a clear view of the fjord. The living room has a built-in fireplace and the house contains four cosy bedrooms, a functional bathroom and separate well-equipped kitchen. From the wooden terrace there is a stair leading directly to the beach.

Få min. gåafstand til mange gode spisesteder for enhver smag. Der er elKedel kogeplader så man kan lave sig en kop kaffe, te eller chokolade, efter en skøn tur.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Nydningen finder sted på landet, fyldt med natur og god udsigt direkte ud over Arresø. The house has a lovely open kichen-living room with everything you need for making a home cooked meal. Spacious with 75 m2 distributed in two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room with a sofabed. Take a break in the cozy garden and listen to the birds while having your morning coffee or a drink. Only 5 minutes walk to the beach with beautiful trails. And just a 5 minutes walk to the station if you want to explore Halsnæs.

Huset er beliggende i roligt kvarter på stor afskærmet naturgrund. 75 m2 - 2 soveværelser med dobbeltsenge, stor stue, dejligt spisekøkken, entre, mindre badeværelse med 60 L varmtvandsbeholder og gulvvarme. Brændeovn og to varmepumper i huset. Der er udgang fra soveværelset til sydvendt terrasse. 300m til Roskilde Fjord 500m fra offentlig transport

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim. And then Oroe is only 1,5 hours drive from Copenhagen. If this house is booked, feel free to see our other house on Orø.
