This unique villa is located near to the beach and city center. This is a perfect place to spend unforgettable holiday with your family and friends. Our guests can relax in private sauna and jacuzzi. The complete villa is air-conditioned. The villa consist of three bedrooms , and one bedroom has its own bathroom, living room with dinning room and kitchen. Our property is 30-minutedrive from the airport and a 15-minute drive from Zadar. Our guests have free parking place , grill and 5 bicycles.

Apartman se nalazi oko 50 metara od kožinskog mora koje je u samom vrhu po čistoći. Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom.Kuća ima više terasa: privatnu uz kuću s pogledom na grad i rijeku te prostranu središnju terasu s roštiljem.

The apartment is located in Kožino, 7 km from Zadar 200 m from the beach, with a beautiful sea view. The apartment has a large kitchen with living room, two bedrooms (one with double bed, bathroom and one room with two beds) and three terrace with beautiful sea views. The apartment is air-conditioned and has an LCD TV with satellite reception , oven, washing machine and dishwasher, microwave and free WiFi and parking space.
