You can go to the sea with 4 min walking. Near has hotels, bars, super markets, taverns, rent cars. You can walk even at night safely and see other people doing the same. Bus stop near, hourly schedules to go Ierapetra, Agios Nikolaos or Makri Gialos, Sitia, Vai.

The House was built at the middle of the 20th century,it's a stone house and One of the oldest and unique in their kind that you can rent in the city of Agios Nikolaos. Location of the home is ideal especially if you are dreaming of waking up and just walking to every single bit of the city.
