Built around the Cycladic arches called Camares, almost at the entrance of the Castle the studio is located in a well-known neighborhood that combines both the privacy and the vibrant life of restaurants wine bars and every kind of store. The studio features a king size bed, a sofa bed for 2, a kitchenette and a private bathroom as well as a private terrace overlooking the sea and the busy streets. The harbor, the beach and two public parking lots are also very close to the apartment.

Our lovely summer-apartment is situated in chora a few hundred meters from the city beach, restaurants and cafés. It´s carefully furnished with design classics and has an amazing terrace facing the sea, along with two balconies. The kitchen is more than fully equipped with assorted home appliances and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. We live in Stockholm and visit Koufonisi during July every year, the rest of the summer we welcome others to enjoy our fantastic place.

Villa Katerina is a double floor house 62sq.At the first floor there is one living room with kitchen and two single beds .at the second floor there is one bedroom and one big bathroom.There is one big yard 100sq two balconies.The house has amazing sea view from all the floors .It can accommodate up to 4 persons.Also we have barque and hammock.The distance from the sea is 200 meters and the beaches is Placa beach Orkos beach and Mikrivigla Beach

Είναι μια παραδοσιακή κυκλαδίτικη κατοικία πρώτου ορόφου, ανεξάρτητη με δικές της μεγάλες βεράντες με θέα στην θάλασσα και υπέροχα ηλιοβασιλέματα. Βρίσκεται σε μία πολύ ήσυχη τοποθεσία η οποία απέχει δέκα λεπτά με τα πόδια από το χωριό. (Δρόμος τσιμεντόστρωτος , φωτισμένος). Κουζινουλα για μαγειρεμα και μεγάλο νεροχυτη στον εξωτερικό χώρο. Στη μια βεράντα υπάρχει διπλό κρεββάτι για ηλιοθεραπεία η για υπνο αγκαλιά με..... τ' αστέρια!!!!!!

The double room has handmade traditional iron double bed with beautiful romantic furnishings. There is air conditioner, TV, hair dryer, big enough refrigerator, filter coffee maker and what ever is needed for a simple breakfast. The all day shaded terrace is great with traditional oustide couche and table with chairs. The view of the sea and the surrounding islands is panoramic. The unique sunset and moonlit nights amazing!
