Koru Apartment with pool in seaside town of Mimice

Our Koru Apartment is named after the Maori word koru=new life/new beginnings which was fitting for us moving from New Zealand to Croatia to start a new life in 2018. The Koru Apartment is part of Waterview Apartments. we have 3 one bedroomed self contained units on our property which has great views over the Adriatic Sea and at the rear over the mountains. A heated pool was built in 2020. We have 1 free parking per unit. Mimice is a beautiful old village with many beaches on our doorstep.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space right above the sea, only 100 steps from the beach. The Poolside East is part of Le Grand Bleu, a villa that comprises different units, which can be rented individually or as a whole. This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is located right by the pool and it features a daybed that can comfortably accommodate 2 children, and an outdoor terrace/patio with views of the Adriatic Sea. The pool and the fitness room are shared with other guests.

Featuring an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers, Villa Eol enjoys a quiet setting in Kostanje. Its modern-style interior is air-conditioned and provides free WiFi. A sauna is also at guests' disposal. Surrounded by a garden, the villa is composed of 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, equipped with a hot tub, a bath and a shower. A dishwasher, an oven and a microwave can be found in the kitchen. A living area is fitted with a sofa seating area and a flat-screen TV.
