Korteris on wifi ja TV Elisa Elamus paketiga. Maja asub vaid 100m kaugusel bussipeatusest ja restoranist Tareke ning 2km kaugusel Kose keskusest kuhu viib mugav kergliiklustee.

Weak mobile coverage makes this a digital detox spot, yet fiber-optic internet gives fast, stable WiFi. Sleeps six: two beds with 160x200 mattresses upstairs, a sofa bed downstairs. Merevaatega rannamaja on mõeldud romantiliseks puhkuseks, kus on rohkelt ruumi (50m2). Rannamaja suurtest akendest saab imetleda merevaadet otse voodist. Liivaranna, kümblustünni ja torusaunani on vaid 40m, kust avaneb samuti imeline vaade merele ja tähistaevale. Pimedas pakub aias silmailu puudevalgustus. Rannamaja on iseseisev maja, mis asub küll samal krundil pererahva suvemajaga, kuid välja rentimise ajal seal kedagi ei ela. Mõlemad majad on piiratud ühtse privaataiaga.
