Das Haus liegt am Ufer eines kleines Baches. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Strände, und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zahlreich und nah. Das Haus gilt als privater Unterkunft.

A lakásban kettő különálló, zuhanyzós fürdőszoba kap helyet, valamint egy tágas, felszerelt konyha étkezővel. A lakás egyik nagy előnye, hogy két teljesen elszigetelt, saját terasszal rendelkezik. Az idegen forgalmi adó a helyszínen fizetendő 400 Ft/ éj 18 év felett .

A Hajóállomás és egyéb vízparti szórakozást nyújtó helyek szintén a közelben találhatóak. A városközpont és bevásárlóközpontok szintén könnyen elérhetőek.
