Im 1ste Stock befinden sich 2 Doppelzimmer und 1 Einzelzimmer sowie 1 Badezimmer. Der große Vorteil dieses Hauses ist die große, komplett eingezäunte Terrasse (80m2). Two separate bedrooms, one on the first level one in the attic, kitchen with the living room and a nice balcony on the second level and a small bathroom is what this 47m2 apartment consists of. Both the attic and the 1st floor have an air conditioner. Ideal for a family holiday: the beach just in front of the house, no need of any transportation, private parking on 300 m from the accommodation. .

Ova jedinstvena kuća za odmor nalazi se otprilike 150 metara od plaže i centra grada. Okružena je prirodom te ćete imati potreban mir za vaš odmor. Do centra Grada Krka moguće je doći za deset minuta šetnjom uz more. Gosti apartmana imaju svoj dio okućnice, ležaljke, stol i stolice, roštilj, tuš u dvorištu, parkiralište i spremište za bicikle i ostalu opremu. U blizini se nalazi sportski sadrzaji - teretana otvorenog tipa uz more.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
