BESCHREIBUNG: Unser Buqez ECO Resort ist ein brandneues und erstklassiges Beach Resort direkt am Meer, das sich in einer sehr beliebten touristischen Gegend in Kroatien in der Nähe von Zadar befindet. Das Resort ist eine Design-Kollaboration innovativer Architekten. Es ist ein neues Modell für Waterfront-Strandvillas, das Ihnen Freizeit und eine lebendige soziale Interaktion bietet wird. Gleichzeitig ein vielschichtiges Erholungs- und Kulturziel darstellt. Der Strand liegt quasi vor der Tür. Die Umgebung bietet viele Aktivitäten wie Radfahren und Laufwege in der Nähe des Meeres. Relaxing, peaceful setting. House is located directly on the beach surrounded with small park. Parking place is assured in the back yard. Very nice pool is available in the garden where you will be able to enjoy swimming and relaxing in it. Plenty of comfortable beach-chairs and sunscreens for all the guests.

The house is not connected to electricity and water network but is solar powered and provides rainwater tanks. There is no hot water in the house but there is sun heated outdoor showers.Stove is gas powered. Enjoy dinner on the front terrace in the evening or spend day on sun terrace 2m away from the sea.

Villa Nana is a renovated old stone house located in Žman, in a calm neighbourhood, 400 meters from the beach, local super market restaurant and a caffee. The house includes a spacious garden, two terraces, and an outside barbecue and an inside fireplace. There are also 3 BIKES available to explore the island as well as a KAYAK for two people.
