Das Haus ist umgeben von Bäumen und mit Terrassen Wohnungen bieten einen freien Blick auf das Meer. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt, noch ist in der Wohnung zu rauchen. Die Wohnung ist neu gebaut und ist komplett ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Es ist möglich, für Menschen mit Behinderungen zuzugreifen.

Blizina restorana, svi oni koji žele jahati mogu to okušati na ranch Terra koji je od apartmana udaljen 5 minuta hoda. Također od Baraćevih špilja udaljeni smo 6 km.
