The apartment is where I live, but when rented out I am not here (just to clarify). Conveniently located for excursions in/out of Reykjavík also easy access to the local pools, supermarkets within 2 minutes walking and outdoor area of Elliðaárdalur. Bus stop 1 minute away. The living space is generous, with a full dining table seating 6, couch, lounges, home theater.

Fantastic view over the Reykjavik area. We are close to many beautiful places you would want to visit; like Thingvellir national park, Glymur the highest waterfall in Iceland, Húsafell , Krauma, Giljaböð natural bath places, etc. All photos of the northern lights taken in our garden! Tveir mjög þægilegir svefnsófar, góð eldunaraðstaða fyrir litla rétti. Góður andi í húsinu og gott og rólegt hverfi, stutt í strætó, stofnæðar, og rólegt umhverfi. Við búum í húsinu og erum alltaf til aðstoðar ef eitthvað er 😊
