Five minutes drive from downtown and 15 minutes from Whitewater ski area, provides refreshing hikes and skiing opportunities close by. Close access to shopping and restaurants. John's Walk lakeside path passes right by the house, leading you to attractive Lakeside Park. Our beach provides a peaceful spot to relax on the lake shore.

The Rusty Bear - Waterfront home on Kootenay Lake.

The Rusty Bear is our awesome home in Procter Point. Our rock beach on Kootenay Lake gives way to a world of watersports possibilities including kayaking, SUP and world-class fishing. The small community of Procter offers a General Store (complete with fuel and liquor) as well as the Village Bakery (with their famous cinnamon buns). Hiking and biking the Proctologist trails are just out the front door. Golfing is around the corner. Dining, if not on our amazing deck, is a short drive.

Bellevue Cabin

The views from the deck of this new house are stunning, and the sound of Carpenter Creek will lull you to sleep. This two bedroom, 1 bath house has a queen bed, a double bed, and a double pull-out couch. Heated bathroom floor, a heat pump for heating or cooling, and a full kitchen will make your stay comfortable. Dine in or al fresco on the deck listening to the creek while taking in the views of the lake and Mt. Denver glacier. There are few places in New Denver with a view like this.

Keystone Cabin - Rustic Comfort in the Kootenays

A backcountry style off-grid cabin in a perfect location to explore the Kootenays. THIS CABIN IS ACCESSED BY A 0.7 KM HIKING TRAIL ON PRIVATE PROPERTY. Close to world class ski hills and backcountry skiing, excellent hiking and mountain biking opportunities and even private hiking trails right out your door.

It's a beautiful, welcoming place to call your "home away from home".

Game trail running through the property, with lots of wildlife. Short drive to Nelson town center.

Three minutes from Kokanee Provincial Park and 10 minutes from the Balfour Ferry. Nelson is a twenty minute scenic drive along the West Arm of Kootenay Lake. Kokanee Zipline is a short 5 minute drive and we are on the doorstep of many famous mountain bike trails in Kokanee Glacier Park.
