The residence has a full kitchen and bathroom, as well as laundry facilities. There are two private bedrooms with queen beds, and a loft accessed by stair that sleeps 3. Access to trails down our wooded hill and open meadow in back. RV or Tent camping space also available.

The dock has a covered boat slip. IMPORTANT NOTE: There are 65 steps leading up to the home so be sure that all guests are suitable for that many stairs.
