A comfortable little house with a garden that opens on the bay and the sea, offering a magnificent view of the sunset. A 10-minute walk takes you to the Alykes salt pans, where there is a "Natura" park with pink flamingos in the right season, normally in spring and autumn. Behind the house there is a private parking. The apartment is very central to explore the old town of Corfu and all the island. The nearest beach is at a distance of 10 minutes walk and also in the area you can find : pool, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, farmacy, hospital and supermarkets. Old Town Apartment

My home (80m2) is located in the heart of the Old Town of Corfu, about 300m from Liston and Spianada. It is a perfect basis for exploring the town and the island, situated in a neighborhood called Evraiki. Almost everything you will need like super market, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacy e.t.c. is within a walking distance. A free municipal parking, a taxi station and bus stop are very close (60-100 m).
