Mitten im Herzen von Santa Barbara gelegen, war es einst der wichtigste Treffpunkt der Stadt. Die „Osteria Ex Maria“ war das Gasthaus, das jahrzehntelang, beginnend im frühen 20. Jahrhundert, von unserer Familie betrieben wurde. Die aufwendige und komplexe Restaurierung dauerte fast zehn Jahre und verwandelte das Gebäude in einen friedlichen und einladenden Ort.
