Nalazi se u mirnom delu sela Lukavac sa prelepim pogledom na venac valjevskih planina od Medvednika do Suvobora. Kuca poseduje dve spavaće sobe sa francuskim ležajem, dnevnu sobu sa kuhinjom i trpezarijom, kupatilo i terasu za rekreaciju i odmor.
