This is a SHARED home! We are a busy family on 12 acres very close to downtown Delaware and 30 minutes from Columbus. We are an "as-is" home...nothing fancy, but a place to sleep, a friendly family, and eggs & toast if desired. We have dogs, cats , rabbits, bees & chickens. You can collect eggs, pet the bunnies and observe the bees and purchase their honey. During this phase of life we can offer a 2nd floor bonus room that can sleep up to 5 with a SHARED full bathroom.

When you walk into this room you get to enjoy one of his famous paintings surround you. One of most treasured pieces comes not from Thomas Kinkade himself but from a man named Robert Layne.
