Room#3 has views of Mosquito Harbor and islands. This room has a private bath, king size bed, which can be separated into two twins with prior arrangements. Sleeps 2 people, plus a third for an extra charge of $25 per night. A lovely vintage dressing table and work space area add to the convenience and comfort of our guests. Bathroom has a tub/shower combo. There is no TV in the room. There is a TV in the common room, shared by 3 rooms. Complimentary continental breakfast is included.

THE SUNRISE ROOM This room features a comfortable queen-size, pillow-top mattress. Ocean breezes and a ceiling fan keeps this room comfortable in warmer months. For autumn evenings, a fluffy duvet provides just the right amount of warmth. Guest room in a private home

My home is located in a small town on a dirt road and very private. The rt 1 coast/ocean is about 25 minutes away and offers lighthouses, lobster and Maine hospitality. This guest room has a full size bed that is stacked with pillows and an antique quilt, dresser and closet space. The bathroom boasts of a shower as well as a claw foot bathtub should you wish to lay back and relax. There is a television, and an air conditioner in the warmer months as well as a ceiling fan as an alternative.
