Castle Yard House overlooks Knaresborough Castle and is situated a short distance off the historic market square in the town centre. Standing on the edge of the old moat, overlooking the fortified bastions to the Castle, the house is in an iconic location. Castle Yard House has been fully refurbished and sleeps 5/6 in it's three bedrooms. There is a modern kitchen, bathroom and open plan living and dining room. The living and dining area has a wood burner and gives fantastic views of the Castle.

There’s wooden decking and a table & chairs outside perfect for al fresco dining. The decking is gated. Inside you will find a spacious living area & kitchen connecting to the hall way to access the twin room & double bedroom. There's a shower room equipped with a thermostatic bar shower, basin & toilet & an additional en suite toilet & basin to the double bedroom.

There's 2 bedrooms - 1 with a king size bed & en suite, the other 2 single beds. There's a walk in shower in the main bathroom. The kitchen has a microwave, fridge/freezer, oven & hob. There's a dining table with plenty of room for 6. The lounge has a 'U' shaped sofa and lots of space to relax, a smart TV and fire. The site has a river to swim or fish in, a pub & a cafe.

Ideal for families and couples wanting to enjoy the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage dates back to 1799 and was the millers cottage to the adjoining property, an old corn Mill. An idyllic location with easy access to many local footpaths and trails. No pets.
