If you are seeking to spend the day at one of the beautiful Kennebunk beaches they are just minutes away. Winner of Maine Homes Small Space Design Award 2023 We are located on the private 80-acre Shapleigh Pond in the Southern Maine, an hour from Portland and two hours from Boston. Experience a bygone era in this restored Schoolhouse circa 1866 with many original details such as oversized glass-paned windows, wood plank floors, chalkboards, tin ceiling and more. Modern amenities such as fireplace, private hot tub, fire pit, gas BBQ and access to our pool (June-Sept), pond, gym and tennis court.

Welcome to The Luxurious, where a unique boat feeling awaits you. Completely remodeled with high-end finishing, an elevator accesses all three levels. An open floor concept invites the ocean breeze and offers unique views. A modern fitness room, a year-round hot tub and firepit will enhance your stay. After a day at the beach, enjoy the sunset from the house and walk to the Nubble Light House to savor Maine's famous blueberry ice cream and pie ! Fishing dock not available at the moment.

Prepare a scrumptious meal over the charcoal or gas-fired bbq or in the wood-fired pizza oven. Note: Outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower and plunge pool closed November to April. This suite is attached to the main house with a seperate entrance.

Let the Webhannet Falls and River lull you to sleep as they flow through the backyard and see the foundation of the historic gristmill and sawmill.

Solar suite on conservation property offers peaceful getaway. Large sitting room furnished with contemporary sofa, reading area, bedroom nook with natural latex Queen mattress on Japanese platform, kitchen island/toaster oven, mini fridge, dishes, silverware, linen napkins (please note this is not a full kitchen for preparing meals) private bath/shower. On the lower level of our home with private entrance. Cedar hot tub available.

Cozy Cabin with hot tub, walk to beach, rock cove

Guest cabin in a private setting down a private road with short walk to Cape Neddick Beach and a secluded pebble beach. Guests have exclusive use of the firepit, outdoor sitting area and hot tub. The cozy and rustic post and beam cabin has two levels with a ladder to the loft level. Private and romantic for a couple, fun for a couple and one or two kids or just two adults.
