Rooms include our buffet breakfast & wifi. You're an easy walk to downtown Ipswich shops, restaurants, and cafes and a short drive to beautiful Crane's Beach!

The Elms - River Room

The Elms is conveniently in Westbrook, with easy access to Portland and the Interstate. The River Room has one queen bed, private bathroom with tub, a desk, large closet, and a view of the Presumscot. This is the most desirable room in the Elms. Historic Building, built by a renowned architect, originally served as a luxury Maine resort to entice business to the local mill. Featuring splendid carved wood features, fireplaces, spacious rooms, and a screened veranda overlooking the river.

Stay like a local in this Queen Studio Suite. Located on the first floor, Room 7 is set up like a sun filled studio apartment featuring a well-appointed kitchen and sitting area.
