Dieses kleine Haus liegt ruhig und zentral in der Nähe der Stockholm C. Die Hütte ist neu und verfügt über Küche, Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine. Zur U-Bahn Mörby Centrum ist es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß und mit der U-Bahn benötigt man 15 Minuten zur Stockholm C. Die Hütte ist sehr kinderfreundlich mit Spielplatz, kein verkehr. Auf dem Dachboden sind 2 Betten (90x200, neu, bequem). Wenn Sie mehr als 2 Erwachsene sind, muss jemand auf dem Dachboden schlafen. Ungünstig?

The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). Detta unika boende ligger mitt i centrala Solna i ett hus byggt 1929 som består av tre lägenheter. Huset är omgivet av en grönskande trädgård med mycket blommor och fina platser att fika, ordna grillmiddag eller ta ett glas kvällsvin. Lägenheten har egen ingång från trädgården och är nyrenoverad och i fint skick. Köket är fullt utrustat för två personer med både diskmaskin och tvättmaskin/torktumlare. WI-FI och TV med Canal-Digital ingår. Gratis P-plats på tomten.

You will have the whole bottom floor in my wonderful villa in Duvbo, all to yourself with your own entrance and access to the back of our garden. Duvbo is a beautiful little place with houses from the 19th century, just strolling around in the area with two lakes close by is an experience. It is close to Stockholm city, 14 min with subway, 8 minutes by pendeltåg-train, 15-20 minutes with bus or car. I always bicycle to downtown Stockholm which takes 20-25 minutes.
