This beautiful recently completed guest cottage is set within the secure grounds of the main house in a rural setting near the villages of Willerby, located just off the main route between the Humber Bridge and the historic town of Beverley and only 15 mins from the City of Kingston Upon Hull. Ideally placed for country walks or for exploring these historic centres. We are only 2 mins away from all amenities i.e. Restaurants, Pubs, cafes, supermarkets or for hospitals visits and business trips.

The Stables is a charming property located at the heart of the lovely village North Ferriby. The property has recently been converted in 2024 to a high standard whilst being sympathetic to the character of the building. Ideally situated for travel being on the M62 corridor. The the local pub, cafe, Co-Op and Indian restaurant are just yards down the road. The train station is a 9 minute walk, with countryside walks on the doorstep including the Yorkshire Wolds Way.

The Humber Bridge and riverside walks are close by, and guests can enjoy the farmer’s market at the bridge car park on the 1st Sunday of the month. Hull’s Old Town and Marina are just a short drive away. Children and dogs welcome.

Newly converted ground floor apartment, within a grade 2 listed building at the end of historic Land Of Green Ginger street. Within walking distance of the train station and located right in the heart of the Old town. A free parking space a short walk away on high street is included, or on street parking at the front of the building is free between the hours of 6pm and 8.30am ( metered at other times).
